Should one of the partners be a noational of a non-EU-country, which is freed of visa for visitung preiod of 90 days, the day of the entry into the EU (Schengen states) must be seeable by the entry stamp of the costums in the passport.
Should the stamp be missing, a marriage is not possible, because the legal stay can not be proofed.
